Standard 9mm quick release.

Rim brakes.

Front wheel has a 1-2mm side to side wobble. Rear has a 3-4 mm side to side wobble.

Both hubs are spinning but a touch notchy. A service is recommended due to no service history

Lots of age related marks. 3 spokes in the rear wheel are black.
