Buyer must respond within 3 days of purchase, and payment is expected within 4 days. If you need more time for payment, send us a message. Packages are shipped out within 3 Business Days. (Excluding weekends and Holidays).

We have no control over the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx delivery times, delayed packages or their ever increasing rates. Delivery confirmation is optional.  Please allow at least 10 business days for your box to arrive to you, after we have shipped it out.


RETURNS:

Some items are non-returnable. Items eligible for returns must be unused, still have factory seals, tags attached. Items must not smell of Smoke, Perfume or Pet Odors. 

Returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays Shipping fees to receive item and Shipping fees to return item with insurance.
