This is a Sony TCM-818 Compact Cassette Voice Recorder. This will work with Standard Compact Cassettes. It is often used as a portable voice / audio player and recorder as it has an inbuilt microphone and speaker. It can run on batteries or off the mains.

Includes a new cassette tape, printed user guide, new alkaline batteries (not included for non-UK orders due to postal regulations) and a 3 pin UK Power Cable. Tested and working. Please note that this is a mono machine, not stereo. Connecting stereo earphones to a mono machine results in single channel output only.

Will my cassettes work in this unit?
This unit uses standard size compact cassettes. It is not compatible with microcassettes or minicassettes.
