Jack Odell, one of the founders of the Matchbox diecast company, founded Lledo (Odell backwards) in 1982, and launched the "Days Gone" range of models in 1983, serving a market previously popularised by the Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear" series.

The promotional market became Lledo's bread and butter, with companies and organisations ordering limited runs of the models with their own livery. Promotional models were catalogued seperately from the main "Days Gone" range, and usually came in a different box.

This model was made in 1994. Commissioned by R I Promotions, it is one of a number of models to feature the world-famous Manchester United Football Club. This was a limited edition of only 1,000 models.

Excellent pre-owned condition in original box. Box is excellent, with minimal wear and no serious rips, splits or creases. Model itself is clean and near mint condition, only having been taken out of box to photograph. See photos - all photos show actual item.
