The Charcoal Companion's grill and sear surface is another great gadget for your next BBQ. It consists of a cast iron stone in the middle that gets super hot and an elevated frame of stainless steel that lets you cook at a lower temperature. This separation allows the grill master to cook different foods at the same time. For example, a steak on the hot stone part and veggies on the stainless steel side.

Thanks to its handles the plancha is also a serving tray so you can carry all your food over to the table once done and everybody can pick their favorite parts and dig in.
