New eBayers

New eBayers and those with a poor buying record may be blocked from placing bids/buying my items.

Bidders with a zero feedback rating should send me a message prior to placing a bid. Failure to send me a message may result in the bid being cancelled. If I am listing high value items or items with high buyer interest, I may contact bidders with feedback ratings of 5 or lower.

This is to ensure that genuine buyers don't lose out, and that I don't have to waste time chasing people that aren't genuine.

Making Offers

If the listing allows offers to be made, it will be shown. Otherwise, I don't end auctions early; it's unfair to people that have already placed a bid or intend to place a bid later.

I am usually more than happy to combine multiple items to reduce the cost of shipping.

Some items are listed for collection only, due to size and/or weight. If you would like to collect an item that is not listed for collection only, please contact me before bidding/buying.

Where listings are available to eBayers outside mainland UK, I tend to use the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP).

Shipping Charges

I apologise if shipping costs seem a little high, but eBay now takes Final Value Fee on postage and packing charges too; sorry!

It is not my intention to make significant amounts from shipping charges; I attempt to guage the charges fairly.

I generally accept payment by eBay payment or PayPal only. If you are unable to use these payment methods, please contact me before placing a bid on an auction or buying a Buy It Now item.

After Winning The Auction

Please complete checkout and make payment within 3 days of auction close. If this is not possible, please make contact with me to advise when you will be making payment.

Goods will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Non Paying Bidders

I will follow the unpaid item process for all non-paying bidders, which includes reclaiming any seller fees incurred (if applicable).

Returns and Compaints

If there is an issue with any item provided, please contact me and we can find the best resolution together.

Feedback

I generally only provide feedback as a seller after the buyer has done so.
