Overall, this item appears to be in good physical condition for its vintage age. There is no battery included.

I did connect the car charger to it, and it did turn on / light up. Of course, there is no further testing I can do other than testing for power.

In addition to the main unit, there is a shoulder strap attached, a car charger included (which did work when tested), as well as the gator antenna, which I do not know if it works. The gator antenna suction cups are dried out, and the wire covering is damaged, And I am not able to test for whether this damage has made this accessory unusable or not. See pictures for these and any other condition.
