Fits 24 inches easily. It is adjustable. So It can fit a smaller or a bit larger head than 24 inches. I've owned this mask 15 years or more. I don't recall the artist. There are no markings of maker on the mask. BUT the details are amazing. So if you know who sculpted this. Let me know. Cudos. I've enjoyed it in my collection for the last decade and a half and it's time for someone else to enjoy this piece of art.
