The fireproof sleeve can be continuously exposed to a high temperature of 300 ℃ without damage, and can withstand a high temperature of 1300 ℃. The destructive test at 1300 ℃ can last for half an hour. After half an hour, the outer coating begins to carbonize, and the glass fiber is intact.
The flame-retardant properties of the fireproof sleeve can not only effectively prevent personnel from being burned by hot pipelines, but also greatly save the cost of thermal energy loss.
The fireproof sleeve is mainly used for the insulation protection of cables in high-temperature places such as steel plants, smelters, and glass factories. Especially for the instantaneous splashing of molten steel, the ultra-thick protective layer of the sleeve can play an excellent protective role for the cables inside the pipe.

Test items and results
1. High temperature bending test: After heating in a constant temperature furnace at 260 ℃ for 48 hours, there is no aging and cracking on the surface or peeling phenomenon on the surface of the coating film;
2. Low temperature bending test: After heating in a constant temperature furnace at - 70 ℃ for 1 hour, there is no surface crack or peeling phenomenon on the surface of the coating film;
3. Coating test: After continuous use in a constant temperature furnace, there is no surface peeling or dissolution phenomenon;
4. Combustion test: flame retardant self-extinguishing and no spontaneous combustion phenomenon (in accordance with ULVW-1 and CSAHFS tests);
5. Temperature resistance test: 2000 hours, 260 ℃ heating test, normal without abnormality, 30 seconds, 1200 ℃ heating test, glass fiber intact;
6. Flame retardancy test: combustion speed not less than 45s/25mm;
7. Breakdown resistance voltage: According to the wall thickness, the withstand voltage can be reached from 10KV-30KV.
