Description
The Roland JX-3P is a six-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer released in Japan in 1983, during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audio equipment. The JX-3P is full of amazing analog sounds and additional features, such as a sequencer, chorus , LFO modulation, and more. The filters and VCAs in the JX-3P are the same as those found in the critically-acclaimed Juno and Jupiter series synths. The sound architecture is similar to the Juno as well, with six voice polyphony into DCOs Through analog filters, envelopes and amplifiers. The JX-3P was Roland's first MIDI-compatible synthesizer, so it is easier to integrate into modern setups in comparison with other vintage analog synths. This JX-3) synthesizer features some of the most classic,sought-after sounds that defined a generation of synthesizer-based music in the 1980s and has been used by a huge range of artists, including The Future Sound of London, Astral Projection, Stevie Nicks, Thomas Dolby, and more. This time, the optional PG-200 programmer is included, which enables tone creation using analogue-like knobs. Without it, tone editing would be quite cumbersome, so we recommend it to those looking for it at the same time.
This synthesizer is in very good condition, though it does show some signs of age (please see photos), including some scratches and scuffs. This synthesizer has been tested by our professional technician and is working perfectly. All keys, buttons, and lights Are working perfectly.
