not guaranteed to fix your problem OR to fit your application.

It is your responsibility to properly diagnose your need and to make certain the item you

purchase is designed for your brand, model & serial number of application.

ITEMS ARE ONLY RETURNABLE IF DEFECTIVE, OR DOA and will be tested

upon return.

Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper/shipping company!

ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SOLVE YOUR

PROBLEM or DID NOT FIT YOUR APPLICATION!

Unless otherwise stated, should the item we sold you fail within 30 days, we will exchange

it for another of the same/compatible item and condition. If we do not have another in stock, we

will issue a partial refund back to your account instead.

Buyer to pay return shipping charges on all warranty exchanges. Defective items must be

returned before a replacement/refund will be issued.

Any and all returns will incur a 20% restocking charge.

In all cases, our liability shall be limited to no more than the purchase price of the item.

Pre-Owned items are in excellent working condition and have been tested by a trained

technician on a working appliance.

We cannot ship to PO or AFO Boxes. We do not ship internationally.
