Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy after receipt for most of our products. Please review the Return Policy under the “Shipping and Payments” tab on every listing. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipment cost. The original shipping is non-refundable even though it was offered with FREE SHIPPING. A refund will be processed after a thorough inspection.

Returned products MUST include the entire original packaging content, such as accessories, manuals, CDs, warranty/registration cards, etc.

The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions and recommendations or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.
