Vintage "Your Marine Radio & the U. S. Coast Guard" two-sided multi-fold brochure measures approximately 8" x 10-1/2", opened. The brochure includes useful information about the type of radio (citizens band cb vs. vhf-fm radio) best suited for marine / boating purposes and boat safety; the role of the Coast Guard monitoring radio transmissions; and, reporting of stress situations to the Coast Guard.

The brochure was distributed by the Commander, Ninth Coast Guard District, Cleveland, Ohio. It likely dates to the 1960's, and is in Excellent Condition for its Considerable Age.
