It measures 40cms high x 30cms wide (at the top) (approx)

It is in great condition and works perfectly although not tested by a qualified electrician. 

There are a couple of tiny speckles on the base and a little superficial rust on the underside base. 

It takes a bayonet bulb which is not included.
