Grading criteria

Grade A+ “Like New"
Exceptional condition with almost no signs of usage.

Grade A "Excellent"
Very light, minor signs of usage which may include very small marks or very light scratches which are hardly visible.

Grade B "Very Good"
Moderate signs of wear and tear but overall is in good condition.

Grade C "Good"
Heavily used, the item will have signs of cosmetic wear and tear which may include scratches, scuffs and chips, dents and marks. The screen will NOT be cracked and the LCD & Digitizer will not be damaged, most signs and wear and tear can be hidden with a case and, or screen protector.


Warranty 
If there is a device fault which develops, you should contact us to book a free of charge repair as soon as possible. Please note that the warranty covers only electronic, electrical and mechanical failures. Any sign of customer damage will automatically void the warranty.

Battery
Batteries are consumable items and will need changing from time to time, all batteries naturally die and become less effective over time. Battery life will vary depending on previous device usage history.

Shipping
