SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

A tracking number will be provided from either USPS, UPS, or FED EX for all items we ship. We work very hard to ship our items out as soon as possible once we receive an order. Should you experience any problems at all, please contact us before leaving a feedback and we will do everything possible to make things right!

Due to the pandemic "staff shortage". Post offices are currently understaffed! 

This has a direct impact on transit times of your package after its been dropped off at the post office.

Since this is the case, please be advised that some packages can take longer to get to you! 

A refund will ONLY be provided for the order, if its DEEMED lost in TRANSIT to its destination.

Please give at least a week, (5 Business Days) from the "due date" to contact us!

As your order may still be on its way.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS: 

We offer a 30 - day return policy from the date you receive the item. Inspect the item when you receive it and contact us within the first 3 days, if there are any problems. Do not use the item or remove any attached retail tags if you intend to return the item. You must contact us before you return the item or open a claim. You must return the item in it’s original box and packing material. The item must be in the same condition it was in, when we shipped it. Buyer pays return shipping. If the item is used, the retail tags are removed, or the box has been opened and tossed the item can not be returned for a full refund.

In the case of a return when a buyer won't pay for custom duties and taxes, the buyer is responsible for the round shipping costs (based on actual charges from the courier company) and any charges incurred shipping products back. The refund amount is calculated deducting the fees and charges above mentioned.

AUCTION BIDDING TERMS: 

 We don't allow bids from those with less than 5 feedback points. Please be advised that we will cancel bids immediately from anyone with a lower score than 5 (unless you can contact us otherwise). We track our bids and will sell to the last qualified bidder if a fake bidder snipes the auction. To protect our real customers who are genuinely interested in the item.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES: 

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
