All packages are shipped with tracking the next day after payment is received. The tracking number and tracking website will be uploaded to Paypal and eBay. Normally delivery to UK and Europe takes 12-15 days and for the rest of the world 25-35 days, but if there is a delay please contact me, I will contact the post office. You don't need to contact eBay customer service, I am willing to issue a refund if the item does not arrive.
