All items come from a smoke free home. I do have dogs and cats which might be critical to know for those with allergies.

If I do not receive payment within 5 days, I will contact you once. If I do not receive payment or response I will mark item as unpaid, relist the item and leave the appropriate feedback. Only U.S. funds are accepted.

All items are shipped via USPS first class parcel, parcel post or priority – whichever is less. For your information, I do try and recycle when possible with shipping materials. This means you may get your item in a previously used envelope or box and I print labels on the back of my kids homework and other papers that have only been used on one side.

Items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been received and cleared. Shipping insurance is not offered unless you contact me prior to purchasing so that I may adjust the price and add it in.

Sorry, but due to the fact that all international transactions I have accepted have not been paid, I only sell/ship within the U.S. I only accept U.S. funded PayPal. The only exception is for APO addresses.

I get my items from various sources. To ensure they are clean when you receive them, I do wash them first, unless they are New With Tags. All items are inspected very closely for chips, cracks and spots, but I am human and may miss something. Unless otherwise noted all items are free from chips, cracks and stains. If you need to return an item, you must contact me with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your items to show me which item you want to return. Please note, if an item needs to be returned for any reason, buyer will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping I originally paid.
