This is a charming vintage fan shaped pocket mirror and signed Elegance Pat, from the 1960s. It is a silver tone metal fan shaped mirror with Asian Shakudo -inspired theme, etched scene in gold, brass tones of brown and green on face of the piece. This example is of a Japanese road in the spring. The piece measures 3" x 2" and marked Elegance PAT., on the back of the mirror. This piece is made of a silver metal and slides or "fans" open to expose the mirror. It is in working condition with a good mirror. It is in very nice condition, as you can see in the pictures with mirror with very little wear on the borders. I think it will also make a very nice pendant if one removes the chatelaine chain and add a long chain or a wire.
