Delivery Service

We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7am-9pm.

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.

Any courier that may deliver items further than the communal door can only do so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer, please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door.

Please note delivery is only available to "Mainland UK Only". Following post codes do not qualify for free delivery: AB31-38, AB41-56, GY, JE, PO (Isle Of Wight), IM, TR, BT, FK19-21, PA20-78, PH8-44, IV, HS, KW AND ZE.

If your delivery address is in the above mentioned post code areas, please contact us prior to placing the order as these have an additional charge to be added to the standard item price.

If you require an item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us via eBay message and we will be able to advise you if that is possible. In many cases a quick delivery can be arranged for as quick as 4 to 5 days (Extra Charges May Apply).

We use a specialist carrier for over 95% of our deliveries, this ensures that you will receive your goods in perfect condition.

For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of Charge in any rare case of damage.

In most cases you will receive a telephone call from the delivery team a day or two prior to delivery to confirm the day and time slot of 3 to 4 hours.

Goods are only sent with a standard courier if your area is not covered by our local 2 man courier company. Please ask via eBay message if in doubt.


Return Policy

Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay message and we will advise you on the returns process.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 14 days of receiving.
