The sign and frame are in great condition.

The bad: the sign has mold /mildew on the back cardboard. I have disinfected the surface and I left the frame in a closet with an ozone generator for 24 hours in order to get rid of any living spores. It’s from a long time ago when it was stored in a basement but I wanted to take the extra steps anyways.

One of the back frame hangers is also not stapled in and would have to be repaired before being hung
