Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old replacement stock back up lamp lens socket, GM part number 8904437. According to my GM Manuals, this is used on the following models and years:
1973-1975 Nova
1969-1971 Corvette
1969-1972 Chevrolet..Full Size
The assembly is in brand new, never used condition and is free of any damage. The wiring is still very soft and flexible. The original box does not have an original manufacturer name on it.
