Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock directional signal & traffic hazard switch, ACDelco part number D6225.  According to my GM Manuals, this is used on the following models and years:

1969-1979 Corvette...Except Tilt Wheel & Tel. Wheel

  I opened the box for the first time to inspect and take pictures.  The switch is in brand new, never used condition and is free of any damage.   The original box is in good condition, but dusty from shelf storage.
