Cutest 70's puffer coat with patch design shoulders. Originally women's small but worn by a 9 year old. Kids Medium would be best. Chest measurement is 18".

*ZIPPER IS BROKE* the zipper goes up and down but does not detach fully at the bottom (pictured). She has been wearing it as a pullover. Small spot on left sleeve (pictured)
