Item is lightly used and in GREAT CONDITION. Wood board, manual, and pieces are in perfect condition. BOX CONDITION NOTE: Box shows some signs of wear from storage (right corner has tear, tape on bottom of box, staining on bottom of box (see photos). Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
