AS NEW - Perfect & Hardly been used, includes all parts, docs and packaging which are included when you buy new.

EXCELLENT - Great cosmetic condition. Includes original box but may be missing graphical sleeve, will include original headphones but may not include spare earbuds, may or may not include documents and all original packaging inserts.

GOOD - Will be in good cosmetic condition except for some faint marks on headbands - Does not include original box and may not include original headphones, we will include headphones from PS4VR instead if not.

SATISFACTORY - Headsets and controllers may be marked or have dints - Only headsets, controllers & USB charging cable & PS4VR headphones included.
