The Sylvanian Families Tea Room Café has been lovingly customized with a unique assortment:

Included is a bundle featuring the Sylvanian Families Waitress Set, although the box shows signs of wear. Unfortunately, the strawberry tart bears some damage and a faint ink mark.

Also added to the mix is the Sylvanian Families Chocolate Lounge, albeit incomplete and lacking its box.

Accompanying these additions is the Sylvanian Families Kitchen Grill Set, though it, too, is incomplete and without its original packaging.

Rounding out the ensemble is the Sylvanian Families Piano Set, sans box, adding a touch of elegance to the ambiance.


The small pink building is facing a challenge with a stubborn but faint stain that's proving difficult to remove. Additionally, the roof and walls of the building have acquired a yellowish colour, likely due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or simply the effects of aging.
The cardboard material on the roof has creases.

Please refer to the accompanying images for figures with missing fur or flock, along with minor damages.
