I plastic sleeve all covers.  I also use a standard adjustable LP record mailer with bubble wrap for cushion.

I'm away from inventory on the weekends.  Orders received after 6 AM PST Friday through Sunday will be mailed on Monday.  All Sunday through Thursday orders mailed same or next day.
