Patriot Total Fishing Gear Bait Boat

Was my dad's then my uncles now mine.

The boat & controller are in excellent condition, but there's a frequency issue apparently.

I charged the battery using the battery charger. I was told the battery was working perfectly, but it has been sitting for a couple of years. I couldn't get it to power up, but I don't know what I'm doing.

All looks good internally.

It needs a person who knows how to bring it back to life.
