Hot Toys Batman 1989 Batmobile 1/6 Scale Action Figure - MMS170.

Although listed as used, it was never played and displayed and was only taken out from the box to check, put the batteries in to test if the lights are working and they are. Batteries were taken out again.

The accesories were not put on and are still in tact in the packaging.

The cover protecting the car has some plastic peeling but it's just the cover which you can see in the pics.

Please inspect the pictures carefully to check it out if it is in your liking before you bid.

Please take a close look in the pics of the batmobile box as the side is not glued together anymore and probably in some areas too.

I do not accept returns in case you changed your mind or the delivery missed your deadline, if the item you want to buy is time restricted - please do not place your bid as I have no full control on the delays with the couriers. I also work 12 hrs a day and there will be a time that I won't be available to pack and post the items quick enough. I am not a shop and just want to help my relative to get rid of his mountain- like collectibles.

The only exception though is if the item is not as described, faulty - unless specified and if it arrives damaged. For me to accept the return I do require some cooperation with you by;

taking pictures of the package when it arrives and ensure to capture the label,

picture of the whole item along with the packaging and protection used for the item

and a clear picture of the whole item which shows damage - if there is any and thinking for a refund..

I hope your great understanding on this matter as couriers are very strict in making a claim and they do require these as well but if you cannot abide by these rules - please do not place bids on my items. I am selling to get rid of our collectibles and not mainly for a profit so I am hoping to deal with genuine toy collectors/buyers and not chancers.

No International delivery including Northern Ireland

The item will be insured to its full value hence P&P is £80
