repairs, stains, etc. Top button on left sleeve cuff is attached but broken in half. I'm not that familiar with Navy insignia 

but I believe the left sleeve insignia is a Petty Officer  3rd Class radio or radar. dimensions are as follows:

Pit to Pit 19" x 2 = 38" Chest

Sleeve 30" 

Length measured from top of collar to bottom of jumper 23 1/2"

Would make a great Halloween outfit for a big boy or trim man or woman
