Billy was a down on his luck gambler who borrowed money from a vicious loan shark by the name of Mr. Silversir, money Billy could not pay back. Mr. Silversir had another idea in mind about how Billy could make good on his debt without it costing Billy his life or his ability to walk without having to use a wheelchair or crutches.
