Warranty covers any faults which develop within 30 days of the delivery date. Warranty does not cover any damage, failure or fault caused by the user or any other external factors. Any claims of this nature will be dismissed. Any false returns will not receive a refund and will be referred to eBay. Should the item develop a fault during the warranty period, you will be provided with a prepaid return label to send the item back for a full refund. Any claims made outside of the 30-day warranty will not be honoured.

In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged and/or broken, please contact us directly before opening a case or leaving feedback. Please include at least two clear pictures of the damage in your message. The serial number of each item we sell is recorded and photographed prior to dispatch, as well as tamper-proof individually coded security stickers applied to the item. This is to prevent fraudsters from swapping parts and trying to return their own faulty items for a refund. Under no circumstances will you receive a refund if the security stickers have been broken or if the serial number of the item you return is different to the one on our records. Anyone found to be attempting this form of scam will be reported to eBay, PayPal and relevant authorities.
