Vintage Royal Creations Cotton HAWAIIAN Maxi Sheath SUNDRESS in a Tropical Floral print.  It has sexy 20" long side hem slits, and an empire bust style with gathers under the bust. It is marked a 1960s size small - I estimate it to be an extra-small, particularly across the bust.  It is in excellent vintage condition.
