Effective immediately, we reserve the right to delay shipping your item out for up to 4 business days or you may cancel your order if you are a new (0) rated buyer with a newly opened account. This is for our protection and regardless of what eBay says that we will ship within 24 hours (1 working business day) as a Seller, we will ask eBay for permission to delay shipping your item out due to the multiple fraud issues we are facing with bogus accounts, stolen or hacked payments via PayPal, hacked or fraudulent addresses and such. You have the right to cancel your order at anytime if you feel you do not want to adhere to these rules. Sorry for the delay in advance but just too many problems with new accounts.
Shipping...
Buyer (YOU) pays for shipping charges via US Priority Mail, which includes free delivery confirmation unless otherwise stated or agreed upon prior to auction completion.
We pack everything as best and secure as possible, basically exactly how we would like something we received packed. We sometimes use professional packing materials that WE pay for just to secure your item safely for shipping. We now offer USPS Flat Rate Service, if it can fit into the USPS Flat Rate box, you pay only one price, regardless of weight.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
If and when we can combine shipping into the listed size (charged size) postage method (ie; flat rate envelope) we will include all that will fit in that envelope at no additional charge. IF what you buy does not fit in the 1st smallest size listed (ie: flat rate envelope) then we will move to the next available size and charge you that amount it costs us to ship the item. Generally here is how it'll work - flat rate envelope $8.75 - medium flat rate box $16.50 - large flat rate box $22.00. We can only combine items until then cannot fit into a large flat rate box, at which time we will try and ship using additional similar boxes. Again if you have questions about shipping please ask first. Remember - only eBay and USPS make money on shipping charges so please don't get upset at us for what they charge for shipping plus eBay 10% fees they take from shipping costs.
International Buyers...
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS...CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY via email before paying for items due to different shipping charges for every country. We currently DO NOT SHOW an accurate cost to ship this item; it is so that we can get the CORRECT amount that is needed. Please also note that we WILL NOT "hide" or "lie" on the customs declaration form as to what is in the box or package, as this makes us the criminal for doing so.

Refunds and Returns...
Because of eBay's requirements that we offer a 30 day refund policy here is our Refunds and Returns Policy; WE are REQUIRED to post that WE will pay for any return shipping, yes we will BUT we will only pay for this charge IF YOU DID NOT GET WHAT WE POSTED - As in the wrong item. We post lots of pictures and try to explain and show exactly what you are buying, if we have failed at that then you will get a full refund including postage. WE WILL NOT COVER POSTAGE IF YOU HAVE THE INFAMOUS "BUYER'S REMORSE" and changed YOUR MIND! The only entities to make any "money" on postage are the USPS and eBay with their fees that take out of postage, not us, so it is unfair for us to be penalized for YOUR changing your mind. If you don't agree to this, then please buy from someone else. We are not a business, just a pair of retired old folk with no other income than this. Please be respectful, we are not rich and cannot absorb fees and lost postage charges.
We will refund you the cost of the actual item, not postage to and from, and only applies if you did not get what you saw on the scan or what was described in the posting. Your 30 days start the day you receive the item as listed with the delivery service used and delivery confirmation date.
If you wish to return your item for any reason other than it was the wrong item (this includes the famous "Buyer Remorse"), there is a 30% restocking charge.
You must obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number prior to returning the item. Items must be returned the same way it was shipped at your expense.
