The products we carry are relatively inexpensive, USPS First Class Mail is our primary method of shipping. This shipping service provides our customers with free shipping. First class mail does not offer tracking, nor does it auto generate an estimated delivery date at the time of shipment. We have been experiencing delays with our shipments mailed through USPS. USPS is in the midst of a significant makeover of it's operational structure. This has included consolidating mail sorting away from individual post offices in favor of centralized centers and moving processing operations away from cities in favor of 60 mail processing centers throughout the country. As part of a new initiative, USPS is enforcing an "optimized collection plan" that will require mail to remain overnight at post offices instead of being collected each evening for transportation to a processing center. These changes have at times impacted our delivery times that range from 7 to 14 business days. The expected/estimated delivery date that is located on each individual listing is not under our control. This is also auto generated. Most purchased items are packaged and shipped out within 24 hours of the completed transaction. As a seller and a buyer, I personally would recommend USPS Ground Advantage for all of your shipping needs. Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Jacksons Wishes. We offer full refunds on orders in which the product was not received within the first 30 days of your purchase. We do require that at least 7 to 9 full business days have passed prior to a full refund being processed. In the event that a full refund has been processed and the originally purchased item is received we do ask that the item is returned. Please contact us for further instructions.
