Originally bought in 2004ish from Hot Topic in the US. I have never seen another in the wild and only very rarely for sale online.

This shirt is in good condition with slight wear to the collar points as pictured, more of a fading that adds to the 'prison shirt' look. All buttons are present and tight, the sizing and washing label are completely faded out, but I remember buying it as an XL and it has been washed in with a normal wash for 20 years and doesn't look bad for it.
