Partsitc was founded in 2011 and since then we've been focused on getting people around the world great deals on computer products, and hardware. Payment
We accept immediate payments by PayPal, credit, and debit cards, you just have to add and save your card details. However, we do not accept card payment by phone or in - person.
We are working at full capacity, but the global emergency these days is a major concern for everyone because it is spreading around the world very fast. Due to this, many departments, companies are temporarily controlled or in some cases closed, including personnel, logistics, transportation, and so on. Therefore, we are asking for your patience if you will not get your order on time, as it could be a delay up to 2 - 3 weeks, which could be caused within a destination country.
We keep responsibility for every purchase step, so we choose only reputable and time-tested partners for the delivery of our items. With over 10 000 shipments delivered all over the world and 99.9% of them delivered on time, we have enough experience to make sure you will be happy with your delivery as well.
We dispatch Monday to Friday
Items bought during the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. We aim to pack and dispatch goods as soon as possible. However, due to busy times, your parcel could be dispatched within 2 working days.

Standard delivery from the outside UK - 4 to 10 working days
Small shipments ( under 2 Kg ) are sent with Lithuanian post on a tracked and registered & priority service
Express delivery with UPS - 1 to 2 working days
Express Delivery: If you have paid for express delivery we will flag your order as a priority. Your order is guaranteed to be dispatched within 1 working day on a next-day service.
Orders placed between 12 am and 9 am will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
For EU Express deliveries all items are sent with UPS (Tracked). We use these companies
in complete confidence that your parcels will arrive safely without any damage.

Express Int'l Postage with UPS - up to 6 working days*Delivery to Canada & Australia could take over 20 working days
PLEASE NOTE: A combined invoice can be sent for a maximum of 5 items. All items must be on the same invoice and should be won & paid within 3 days, in order to get a combined delivery and packaging discount.
If you will have 5 unpaid items or unpaid item cases, you will be automatically restricted from bidding. Therefore, please make sure to bid on the items you will be happy to complete the transaction.
International buyers - please note:
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. If you will refuse a package and parcel will be returned back to us as ''Unclaimed'' or for any other reason, you will be responsible for all return / resend P&P charges.

Your satisfaction is our primary concern
We are guaranteed about our products, but in case it does not match your primary vision, you will have 60 days to return it. Though, all items must be in its original condition: not damaged, not cracked and with all tags and labels.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any return must be notified to us first and then returned by recorded post within 60 days of receipt. When you return the item back, write your User ID or Item ID on the packaging. All returned goods must be returned from the same address as it was sent to. Also, the sender's name should be the same as specified at the checkout. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued, as it will be no possibility to clear the parcel at customs.
All items must be in its original condition: not damaged, not cracked, and with all tags and labels.
We will only refund the original cost of the item's price and we will not refund any postage costs unless the problem was caused by ourselves.
Responsibility
The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service. We cannot refund payment for returned items, if they are lost in the post and not trackable or parcel is still at customs.
By eBay rules, we must refund the buyer within 3 working days of receiving the item back. We will happily refund your payment of the item, once it has been returned and checked.
