COMMANDO JEFF
This MATTEL action figure from the Big Jim line comes from the European 1980s Spy/Espionage series that was not released in the US. The figure looks near-mint to me. I don't think it's been played with. The set is near complete and comes with:

I tried looking online to see how many accessories he should come with, and I think the only thing he is missing is a black pair of binoculars.
A stunning piece that displays well. I bought him at a toy show but realized I don't really have room for him.
