Shipping:

At our company, we pride ourselves on utilizing reputable shipping partners like Canada Post and UPS to handle all orders. For added transparency and peace of mind, customers have the option to request a tracking number for any order. If you wish to include this service, kindly message us before finalizing your purchase.

 

Tracking:

Orders exceeding $60 dollars and shipping to both Canada and the USA will incur an additional fee of $9.00 (CAD) on top of the initial shipping charge to provide tracking. However, customers also have the flexibility to opt-out of this fee by contacting us in advance. Please note that in such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any incidents of theft or loss during transit.

 

Handling:

Rest assured that ensuring the secure delivery of your products is our utmost priority. Our meticulous packaging process involves the use of top loaders, sleeves, wraps, bubble wraps, and secure taping, ensuring your package arrives in pristine condition.

 

Delivery Delays:

While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, unforeseeable circumstances, such as union strikes and holiday hours, may cause shipping delays. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Within Canada: 4-8 business days

- To the USA: 5-10 business days

- International orders: 7-21 business days

 

Multiple Card Orders:

For customers placing multiple card orders, we offer convenient combined shipping rates, as outlined below:


- Within Canada: $1.99 plus the following

  - Ungraded cards: CAD $0.50 for each additional order

  - Graded cards: CAD $1.99 for each additional order


- To the USA: $2.75 plus the following

  - Ungraded cards: CAD $0.50 for each additional order

  - Graded cards: CAD $1.99 for each additional order


- International Orders: $4.49 plus the following

  - Ungraded cards: CAD $1.00 for each additional order

  - Graded cards: CAD $2.50 for each additional order

 

To request combined shipping, customers can easily click on the "request a new total" tab during checkout, and we will promptly adjust the shipping fees accordingly. In the event that this option is unavailable for any reason, we will initiate a refund for any excess shipping costs that may have been charged.

 

Cancellations/Refunds:

For orders with completed payments, our refund process begins upon receiving the item(s) back, and a full refund for the item(s) will be promptly issued. For orders where payment has not been completed, customers are encouraged to contact us within 24 hours of the order, and we will provide a cancellation form through eBay.

 

Card Grades:

To ensure clarity in our card grading system, please find the following categories:

1. Near Mint+ (NM+): Overall, a perfect-looking card with hardly visible flaws.

2. Near Mint (NM): Looks pristine and almost new, with minor imperfections that may be barely noticeable.

3. Slightly Played (SP): In excellent condition, though some visible imperfections are present upon close inspection.

4. Played (PL): Shows signs of wear and tear from use without sleeves, with visible scratches, white spots, and minor dirt or stains.

5. Poor (PR): A heavily used card, showing significant wear, bends, and water damage, with noticeable white spots on the corners.
