HASSLE FREE 30-DAY RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products and service that you have received and on occasion this may mean you will need to return a product you have purchased for whatever reason. We have designed our policy to be easy to follow and easy to use so if a return is in order please follow these steps for a speedy and hassle free return.

Firstly, we have 3 simple rules for the items being returned:

• Products must be returned within 30-days of receipt.
• Products must be unworn, unused and have original tags still attached (underwear and baselayer cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)
• Product must be in their original packaging which is in original condition

If you can tick off all of the above here, are our next steps to follow:

1. Log into My eBay and find your order under Purchase History
2. Select your item and click Return this Item from the More Actions drop-down menu
3. Select the reason for the return and print the return packing slip
4. Pack the item carefully, include the return packing slip and post to our return address
5. Once we receive the returned product and verify the as-new condition we will process the refund via PayPal to your credit card
