The unique manufacturers code/batch code (can be found on the actual products/containers/boxes) of each and every sold item will be recorded/saved due to increasing false claims for "item seems fake/not described"
There are plenty of dishonest buyers who change their mind about a purchase often cite a return as “not as described” rather than “no longer wanted” to avoid incurring postage charges or "no returns policy".
They are fully refunded but never sent the items back or sent back unboxed, poorly packaged, heavily used and apparently damaged during use.
Some buyers even thinking they are entitled to free goods due to eBay’s liberal approach to refund - false claims for non-delivery!
Royal Mail deliveries may be running at a slower rate than usual in some parts of the UK
They do not count parcels as lost until 15 days have passed from the due delivery date
No refund items until this waiting time and investigation is completed!!
