Shipping & Handling
24 hour dispatch is for business days only. We will try our best to dispatch within 24 hours on business days, but this may not always be possible due to high traffic. Please understand no compensation will be given if we do not dispatch within 24 hours, however, please be assured we will dispatch as soon as we can. Due to a surge in online orders from the pandemic, delivery time frames from our various courier is affected and your patience in these cases would be appreciated.
For customers in VIC, approximately 8 - 13 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 10 - 15 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 12 - 19 working days.
Note that we must give “authority to leave” to all residential addresses. It is the new procedure allowing for contactless delivery.

Warranty
All products except electronics come with a 1 year warranty for you to get refunds or replacements. Electronic items come with a 3 month warranty. Note that damages due user misuse will not be covered. You must check item(s) and report the damages/faults with pictures or videos after receiving the item within 5 days. General wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after our warranty timeframe. Postage and handling fee will apply.
To avoid waste of your time and money, please do not return any items before you receive approval from our team.
If there are parts missing, please contact us so we can assist you the best way we can.
Refund and replacement generally need 3-5 business days to process. If the products are misused or incorrectly installed, no refunds or replacements will be made. Any installation or use not inline with the manufacturer’s instructions will void warranty.
Returns
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you must notify our team in 7 days and return it in the same condition as you received it. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All packaging such as boxes, bags and tags
- Accessories such as cords and remotes
- Certificates, manuals and warranty cards
- "Free gifts" or bonus items
- All items included in a bundle
If you've used an item and found it to be faulty, you can request a return and may have other rights such as a right of repair, replacement or refund. Customer needs to pay for any costs associated with approved returns such as freight. A 10% fee re-stocking fee will also apply as we need to put the items back on shelves.
