This is a commemorative hurricane glass from
the opening night of the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas (now Park
MGM Las Vegas) June 21st 1996.
Listing as “New with Defects” as it has never
been used, been in storage around 20 years and has some marks in the red on the
outside (please see photos). Also, it
needs a clean, which I am reluctant to do without the proper knowledge and
products, as obviously I do not want to cause any damage myself.
The hurricane glass is red on the outside and
gold coloured on the inside, with the text “Grand Opening June 21, 1996” on one
side and “Monte Carlo Resort & Casino Las Vegas” on the other side.
