DESCRIPTION

These wonderful shutters were salvaged from a Harlem NY brownstone.

They are made of cherry and are mostly unpainted.

Each side has 2 leaves, one leaf has flat wood panels and the other has adjustable slats.

One side of the wood panels have simple Eastlake cut designs.

These originally were meant to fold back into a pocket beside the window.

All hardware is present except the latch that holds them together.

Measurements are 37.5 inches wide as shown in first pic, 37.25 tall and just over 1 thick

Overall they are in good condition. There are misc scratches and dings as they are antique. One side of each has a couple coats of paint on the solid wood leaves, the rest is unpainted and the louvers move freely. A couple joints have separated, they'll need to be glued and clamped. Please look at the pictures carefully.
