***I travel often, I have a 5 business day shipping handling time between purchase and shipping. Please keep in mind when purchasing.

Shipping: I know shipping has gotten pricey. I can't help that. I try to make it as cheap as possible with box size but I have had a couple of recent items damaged. So I will use bigger boxes and double box when possible. It will add more to the shipping but that is the reality now. Thanks.

Fresh to the market comes this beautiful and impressive Victorian silver plated footed grape stand. Cleverly designed to look like a basket for fruit and could be used as a centerpiece on a dining table or sideboard.

The base is oval in shape with grape bunch, leaf and branch handles and four feet with the same design.

The center has a tall grape themed design with intertwined branches extending up with grape bunches, and leaves and 2 pronged branches so that you may hang your fresh grapes and perhaps fill the bowl with other fruit or nuts inside the bowl.

There is a British Registry mark on bottom dating this piece to 1889 but I could not find a makers mark. I did find an identical piece online that said it was made by Sheffield silversmiths, James Shaw & Fisher.

Excellent condition, measuring about 13" handle to handle x 8"; and stands 10 1/2" tall.

Weighs 2 lbs 9 oz before packing. I will remove the bolts to be able to cut down on shipping. They easily screw back on.

Items I sell are not new. They have been used so do not expect mint condition unless otherwise noted. Measurements are approximate and may not be totally exact. Keep this in mind when bidding.
