The game remains in perfect working order. The spinning switch/mechanism appears in good working order and retracts and locks somewhat like expected but has a tendency to frequently stick (if pulled to far towards the bottom) and should be duly noted/accept prior to purchase. As with anything of this vintage age, this mechanism may well occasionally get stuck and/or appear unresponsive. Please make sure you are entirely happy to accept this and as such you are consenting to this upon purchase with no returns being possible.
Aesthetically the condition of the item is Extremely Good overall. Front Decal/Sticker is present in near mint overall cosmetic condition with very little wear apparent and no peeling and retains it's original bright colors/hue throughout. The "cyan blue plastic shell" remains in extremely good cosmetic condition with light wear/marks and scratches apparent. There will be glue residue where both halves of the toy meet/attach and has yellowed with age. Plastic viewing window remains in extremely good cosmetic condition with a light amount of wear/marks/scratches applied throughout. There will be various other wear/marks/scratches/blemishes/discoloration across the outer card unit from it's age and prior handling but this is to be expected on most used vintage handheld games of this age. Please study the pictures carefully to see the exact item you shall receive.
Please note that if this sealed item is opened or the tamper-proof sticker is removed/tampered with then under NO circumstances can the item be returned for any reason whatsoever and you are agreeing to this condition upon purchase. Please make sure you are entirely happy with this condition and you are agreeing to such upon purchase.
The Item is sold as is with no returns being offered so please do study the pictures again very carefully as they form the basis of the sale and the item pictured herein is the exact item that you shall receive.
The game will usually be shipped usually within 5 working days after your payment has been received & cleared.
Item will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For(Under most Circumstances). The item will be sent securely packaged and tracked for your piece of mind. In some events the item may be shipped with Hermes and will also be sent tracked and may require a signature upon receipt. Please expect a 3-5 day delivery schedule (on average) from the date of shipment.
International Shipping (Outside of the U.K.) is available ONLY via E-bay's internal "Global Shipping Programme (GSP)" and you should only purchase if you are happy to use their delivery service and have read/understood their "terms and conditions" listed and are happy with costs incurred/quoted to you prior to your purchase when you select your "destination country" from the available list.
Please make sure you are absolutely happy with the delivery costs you will incur before making your purchase as the postage/import taxes/duty etc. are completely beyond my control and are quoted to you from E-bay and paid directly to E-bay and not myself.
In the event that the item has been found to be "Not as Described", then I shall happily accept a return and reimburse you the full item price paid but you be will expected to pay the return postage yourself. I also expect the item to come back in the exact condition it was sold to you in. I also expect that the unit has Not been opened under any circumstances prior to the return.
Please remember that eBay charges sellers 10% commission on postage in addition to the 10% that already applies on selling fees.
Additionally sellers are also charged commission at 4% for using PayPal as this is a separate company.
