Professionally converted off-grid campervan based on a 2014 Ford Transit Custom L2 H2 with sliding out double bed and kitchenette area including sink and storage.

The van has covered 103,000 miles has been regularly serviced; it is also MOT’d until February 2025 and has no outstanding advisories. The large screen displays both the reversing camera and a rear view camera that can be used instead of a rear view mirror. There are 3 forward facing driving seats and the stereo has both a USB and Bluetooth connection. There is both the remote key and a plain key. There is a small amount of damage to the passenger side rear wheel arch which has been repaired, please see photograph.

The living area is spacious thanks to the curved furniture details, manufactured from lightweight poplar plywood and windows along the passenger side of the van. The layout consists of a large storage unit that can be used as a wardrobe or to hang up wetsuits to dry leaving space below for a chemical toilet. The bed with storage below can either be used as a sofa, a single 80cm wide bed or a standard 135cm double bed when slid out. Opposite the bed is a kitchenette area with lots of storage and a worktop with sink; fresh and grey water tanks are housed in the cupboard along with the electric pump.

The electrical systems are installed in the space underneath the passenger seat and includes a 100ah Leisure battery and a 600w inverter. The battery is charged via a 150W solar panel or the engine whilst driving. On the living are side of the bulkhead is mounted a voltage indicator for the battery, the remote on/off switch for the inverter as well as a 4-way switch panel with fuses to safely isolate the electrical systems. There are also 12v, USB and 230v sockets installed on the bulk head and at the back of the living area near the rear door, perfect for a cool box or bike wash. The 230v sockets can supply up to 600 watts via the inverter - suitable for a travel hairdryer or a laptop charger. If the van is hooked up to a mains connection, the sockets switch automatically to the mains.

Roof Window: Can either be left on draft or open fully, comes with a mosquito net and an insulated removable inner cover.

Bed Construction: fixed single slatted bed/sofa area with backrest L: 190 x W: 80; extends out to a 190 x 130 double bed. Full length varnished /painted plywood storage cupboards fitted above the bed with removable shelving; LED lighting with switches under top cupboard. The bed being on one side, the low cupboards on the other, it allows for a wide alley in the middle, enough to fit 1 or 2 bikes, surf boards, etc. from the back doors. Lots of storage under the bed, convenient for several boxes (up to 30cms high), easily pulled out.
