All taxes and customs/duties/tariffs are ultimately your responsibility, but, I use HS Tariff Codes to ship to USA, which have been very successful at maximizing free trade and the elimination of customs/duties/tariffs between Canada and the USA. There is free trade on trading cards, paper with printing, and precious metals coins.

Returns are accepted, but please ship back using tracked, insured shipping. 

Each item's authentication plastic slabbing/casing is in great, but lightly handled condition, therefore, not 100% scratch and blemish-free.
