Sadly I can't fully test this unit so I'm selling it AS IS. The reason being is that I don't have a PS Camera to hook it up to. However when connected to the PS VR mini console I was able to start it with the power button on the headset. This also turned on the blue lights on the headset (see images). So I can only say this has been power tested because I know it can turn on.
